Bodega Ridge - 3 Bedroom Cabin

Beautiful location but with expensive and unreasonable hosts. Positive: Great location and the art there, in terms of the stones sculptures and stuff, was very nice - as was the decor. The plants and trees were also very impressive and the restaurant, Lola, was great! Negative: There was stuff leftover from other people - such as a vest and a sun hat. Not sure why the cleaners would not have taken these things out. We felt like we were entering a place that was already being used by other people. And the website says checkout time is 11am but they made us checkout at 10am. When we asked for a late checkout, we were told no. And that was after we went looking for staff and couldn’t find any, and after having sent an email and not having heard back from anyone, and calling the number and leaving a voicemail and not having the call returned, and texting the number back from our original welcome text, from Michigan, and hearing back at 9:45am the day of our departure, giving us 15 minutes to get a family of 4 out. And the back door latch was broken - anybody could have entered our cabin at any time. For $1000, I expected more than this. Disappointing.
